Directory Rules

You can opt out of having your information listed in the directory by going to your profile and updating your settings at any time.

If you choose to have your information listed in the directory, then the fields you complete in your profile will be shown to other logged in members. No information in the member directory is shown to anyone who is not logged in. Your email address WILL NOT be displayed in the directory. However, each directory profile page will have a contact box where members can contact other members.

CONTACT POLICY

We have several different layers of spam protection on our site. However, it is possible that spam contact slips through. We are not responsible for, nor can we control spam content.

NON SOLICITATION POLICY

Members MAY NOT contact other members to ask them to enroll in a service, buy a service, or otherwise solicit business. Should you receive any contacts through the form which you feel are of sales in nature, please forward the full email to the abuse investigation contact listed at the bottom of the email, and we’ll look into this behavior right away. We have a zero tolerance policy, and all memberships, even free ones, are moderated to hopefully prevent this from happening.

NO BULLYING, HARASSMENT, HATE SPEECH, OR ABUSE POLICY

We have a zero tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, hate speech (whether against a category of people or directed individually) or abuse policy. It’s not welcome on our site — PERIOD. Should you receive a contact which you feel violates this policy, please forward the entire email to the abuse investigation contact listed at the bottom of each email, so we can look into this behavior.

NO MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS FOR A SINGLE PEN NAME

Authors cannot have multiple accounts on the site unless they have one for each pen name. They can upgrade or downgrade their individual account on the site as necessary, but multiple accounts for the same pen name are considered a violation of our terms of service and will result in actions taken against the account.

USE YOUR AUTHOR EMAIL

We recommend and strongly encourage authors to sign up with their author email (for example author@authorname.com or authorname@emailservice.com). If you have multiple pen names, you are welcome to sign up with free accounts for each pen name provided you are using author email addresses.

NEED MORE THEMES/GENRES?

Please use the contact form to let me know. I’m open to adding more as long as they’re in the fantasy, romance, or science fiction genres.
